Worst Experience with the Manager Ketan.

This is the worst hotel experience me and my family ever had. Some employees are pleasant and helpful, but the man behind the main counter, Ketan, is the worst manager I've ever met. His unusual mind and faulty assumptions ruined our stay. No one should hire this type of individual as a manager, in my opinion, or your hotel will fail. I want owner or the management to call me for the complete scenario understanding and take appropriate action against this guy. Our booking was at the name of Khabir Khanna/Akshay Chopra.

This place is a hoax. Its in the middle of nowhere. Do not be fooled with the pictures. The pool is a 8×8 feet pond not even suitable for kids. I've heard similar feedback from others about the same. Avoid at all costs
